Conflict at work and in communities can be disruptive, impact retention, and result in declining physical, emotional and mental health. Worse yet, organizations and teams can be distracted from their true mission.
Circles for Social Change provides a variety of approaches for addressing conflict and harm. We offer mediation services for straight-forward conflicts of interest, and restorative approaches for situations in which relationships have been fractured.
After an intensive process of restorative inquiry to understand people’s experiences, impacts and needs, we offer:

We work with your teams until people are satisfied with resolution and repair.
Once people are on better terms, we can guide your group through community building, to create new beginnings, an opportunity to learn and grow from past experience, to develop shared values and agreements for communication, de-escalation, and responding to conflict and harm in the future.
