Consultation
Our approach includes a process for assessment and evaluation, and a collaborative approach to exploring and addressing the structural and cultural conditions that may be fomenting repeated conflicts and harms. We can help your organization to develop an RJ infrastructure that includes steps for:
Developing a working group or community practice to create policy language, and engage in strategic planning
Developing pathways for intake and pre-meetings
Training for facilitating restorative conversations or circles, and the development of plans for resolution/repair
