Our workshops and trainings are facilitated by experts with years of experience providing RJ services in schools, higher education, and workplaces and organizations.

We offer on-site and virtual trainings organized around your needs. We can accommodate large groups or as few as 2-3 people for a training. We offer full-days, half-days, 3-hour modules, or other configurations that work for you.

Community Building Workshop

For cohorts, teams, and communities, we provide tools and strategies for getting to know each other and deepening relationships, through developing shared values and community agreements for communication, working together, and addressing conflict.

Conflict Transformation Workshop

Recognizing that conflict is a normal part of life, this workshop introduces tools of mediation practice and Restorative Justice for transforming conflict into opportunities for learning and growth. 

Restorative Leadership Workshop

Explore leadership styles and practices that promote community, inclusivity, empathy, psychological safety and consensus decision-making, and develop skills and practice designing structures in your organization for navigating conflict and offering restorative approaches. 

Restorative Practices Training 

This workshop provides experiential learning in Community Building Circles, and an Introduction to the Principles and Practices of Restorative Justice for everyday life, to improve relationships, to create inclusive spaces where all feel they belong, to increase responsiveness when conflict occurs, and to develop a culture of supportive accountability.

Advanced Restorative Justice Training

A deeper dive into Restorative Responses to conflict and harm through exploration of the steps of circle processes, and different types of circles, including community talking circles, impact circles, peacebuilding circles and restorative community conferencing.

Student Peer-Peer Restorative Practices Project for middle and high schools
