WHITENESS AT WORK:

ENVISIONING RACIAL EQUITY IN OUR WORKPLACES​

This workshop is for white people who wish to do the inner work required to confront racism in our workplaces, our communities, and in ourselves. Through restorative justice practices, we will engage in self-reflection, dialogue, and group activities to explore how our socialization as white people affects our behaviors and beliefs, how this shows up in our lives and work, and what's needed for better communication and relationships across lines of difference.

TRANSFORMING WHITENESS FOR RACIAL JUSTICE:

A RESTORATIVE APPROACH

One of our central workshop offerings is  "Transforming Whiteness for Racial Justice: A Restorative Approach," a training held for white people who wish to be more responsive to the complexities of building relationships and solidarity across lines of difference, and effectively challenge racism in society and in ourselves.

We hold this workshop in two formats (click the links below to learn about each one). We encourage those with both high and low levels of familiarity with this work to attend either one:
